Position Overview: As an MEPF and Shop Drawing Modeler at Studio Nest, you will be responsible for creating detailed MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) models and shop drawings. Your role will involve collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of models and drawings, and supporting the execution of projects on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MEPF models and shop drawings using BIM software.
• Coordinate with project teams to understand design requirements and specifications.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of models and drawings with project standards and regulations.
• Review and incorporate changes to models and drawings as per project needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as required.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve any issues related to MEPF drawings and models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in MEPF modeling and shop drawing preparation.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of MEPF systems and design principles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune.
